Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Communicate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements business needs and strategic goals.
- Develop and communicate Enterprise Data Management topics to business and technical resources.
- Ability to communicate and translate technical information appropriately to different levels of the client organization.
- Gathers requirements using Agile methodology and ensures business alignment.
- Verifies traces and manages functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Facilitate and capture business/technical requirements from legacy systems for modernization.
- Proven capabilities in business analysis.
- Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
- Confidence in tackling new business or technical challenges.
- Confidence in conversing with clients and gathering business requirements.
- Experience creating business process flows.
Requirements
- 35 years demonstrated success as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Disciplined curiosity: interest in asking why and synthesizing important findings into alternatives and recommendations
- Role is remote but has potential for up to 25% travel (Monday through Thursday)
