About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Sunbytes you will play a pivotal role in the Recruitment Service team. This position is designed for managing the full recruitment cycle from the client to the sourcing and screening of candidates.Placing them in roles that fit their skills personality and aspirations.
This role is crucial in ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and candidates contributing to our reputation for excellence with Sunbytes Recruitment. Our commitment to maintaining relevance in our industry drives us to consistently enhance and innovate both our personal capabilities and our operational processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and develop strategies to increase efficiency improve engagement and enhance the candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills experience and cultural fit.
- Leverage innovative sourcing methods and strengthen our employer brand through social media networking events and job boards to attract talents
- Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the interview process ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market insights candidate leads and best practices.
- Guide and mentor teammates providing support and sharing best practices.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the growth and success of the service.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record in understanding people and organizations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Experience in leading a small team.
- Ability to guide and mentor teammates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
