Job Description
- Elicit analyze and document business requirements.
- Create detailed functional specifications.
- Develop process flows data models and use case diagrams.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience in creating functional specifications and process flows.
- Experience in working with different stakeholders including business users technical teams and project managers.
- Experience in using business analysis tools and techniques.
- A relevant IT degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Experience with business process management tools (BPMN)
- Experience with industryspecific standards and regulations
