Entity Formation and Structuring
- Lead the formation and registration of new business entities both domestically and internationally following the required jurisdictional protocols.
- Draft and manage the documentation required for business incorporation including articles of association bylaws and regulatory filings.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all formationrelated documents and certificates.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all entities comply with local and international laws regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor regulatory updates changes and compliance requirements; provide recommendations on necessary updates to internal processes and documentation.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to verify compliance with applicable regulations and ensure accurate reporting.
Governance and Reporting
- Manage statutory filings including annual returns financial disclosures and compliance certificates in collaboration with legal and financial departments.
- Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities including board resolutions minutes and annual general meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to filing deadlines to avoid penalties or regulatory breaches.
Risk Management
- Conduct risk assessments and manage compliancerelated risk registers ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop strategies for mitigating compliance risks associated with business operations.
Stakeholder and Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies legal counsel and external auditors.
- Assist clients with understanding regulatory requirements and advise on best practices for maintaining compliance.
- Support crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Policy Development and Training
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to develop update and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance and regulatory requirements to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Law Business Administration Compliance or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance legal or formationrelated role preferably within the corporate financial or legal sectors.
Fluency in English (spoken & written)
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance corporate governance and entity formation processes.
Experience with international compliance is preferred.
Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with compliance management software is an advantage.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
