About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The role focuses primarily on managing deploying and optimizing Linuxbased servers (virtual and baremetal) while maintaining additional infrastructure across AWS and GCP. The ideal candidate has extensive Linux expertise handson experience with server management and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Provision configure and maintain Linux servers on baremetal and cloud environments
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for efficient infrastructure management
Monitor and ensure the high availability performance and security of servers and services
Integrate and manage hybrid infrastructure components across AWS and GCP
Design and implement backup disaster recovery and failover procedures
Manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware software and network issues
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support application and service deployments
Qualifications
Strong experience with Linux server management and troubleshooting
Proficiency in cloud services and architecture in AWS and GCP
Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible Terraform)
Experience with Chef or other configuration management
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana)
Familiarity with network configurations and protocols (DNS VPN routing)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Scripting skills in Bash Python or similar
Understanding of security best practices for server and cloud environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (AWS GCP Linux)
Experience with hybrid cloud environments
