• Engage & Consult: Make both inbound and outbound calls acting as a bridge between brands and their ideal audiences.
• Optimize Performance: Analyze suggest and strategizebecoming the goto person for tailored datadriven recommendations that keep campaigns fresh and effective.
• Learn & Certify: Earn your Meta Blueprint Certification during our intensive training positioning you as a digital marketing expert in one of the most exciting industries today.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Dutch (C1) and English (B2)these are nonnegotiable as youll engage with Dutchspeaking clients and English proficiency is key for internal training.
• Energy & Enthusiasm: Youre adaptable curious and ready to make your mark in the world of social media marketing.
• PeopleCentric: A strong communicator with a natural ability to connect and build relationships.

• Annual Salary: 33000 EUR gross (around 2750 EUR gross/month)
• Monthly Dutch Language Bonus: 300 EUR because your bilingual skills make all the difference!
• Performance Bonus: Up to 7500 EUR annually based on your achievements in meeting and exceeding KPIs.

We offer a generous relocation bonus for the right candidates:

• Up to 1900 for international relocations to Berlin.
