Who We Need Business Analyst
Decision Inc Australia is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will be exposed to a wide range of clients so the ability to quickly understand new business environments is essential.
Key Responsibility:
A Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements to understand business processes outcomes and desired improvements. They work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions considering both technical constraints and opportunities for enhancement. Effective documentation is crucial ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. The role involves managing stakeholder expectations and fostering strong communication to balance business priorities with technical feasibility. In addition a Business Analyst implements lowcode platforms and other automation tools to optimize processes and achieve efficiency gains enabling faster delivery and improved productivity across the organization.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand their business processes.
- An ability to map the business processes involved to technical requirements.
- Define technologyagnostic solutions to client challenges.
- Draft and maintain thorough documentation for both client and technical teams.
- Develop lowcode solutions and automation.
- Work with leadership to deliver against divisional goals.
- Work with the delivery team to ensure excellent inclient performance.
- Have an exemplar technical presence in the team while also upholding key standards and expectations and driving innovation.
- Assist with scoping proposals and costing from a sales perspective and with resources management and planning from an operational perspective as well as client issue resolution.
Who Do You Need To Be
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Business Analyst or Automation role
- Experience within a consulting service environment is essential
- Full systems development lifecycle exposure
- Committed to achieving client outcomes.
- Curious about new ways to achieve better outcomes
- Open to continuous learning.
- Strong problemsolving skills and good communication skills both written and verbal
- A functional understanding of JS frameworks like ReactJS
- Proficient in Python for automation and integration
- Exposure and experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and products and its capability
- Exposure to Agile Waterfall and mainstream development methodologies
- Exposure to SharePoint Azure AWS O365 and Power Platform advantageous
- Ability to identify team and client challenges and create opportunities for improvement and shared success
- Ability to explain technical concepts to business users in a language they understand and business requirements to the technical delivery team
- Ability to assist and advise the team on the technical front
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Passionate and ambitious to deliver on the companys strategic plan
