Position: Facilities Maintenance Head (Large Food Factory)

Job Overview:
As the Utilities Maintenance Head you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all facitlies utilities in our large food factory. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that they are trained and equipped to handle any maintenance tasks that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all utilities and equipment in the food factory including but not limited to HVAC systems boilers refrigeration units and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is regularly maintained and serviced.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians including scheduling and assigning tasks providing training and support and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and maintenance schedules.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance For facilities Utilities
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
