Job Description
Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Milipitas CA
Employment Type: Fulltime/Parttime
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients physical developmental and psychological needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients daily living and working skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
