Role Description
This is a remote role for a Business Development Specialist at THE EMPLOYEE CONNECT. As a Business Development Specialist you will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation market research customer service and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and development.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Lead Generation
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Experience in B2B sales or business development is a REQUIREMENT
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Compensation:
This is a commissiononly role with a competitive tiered structure designed to reward performance. Earn a base commission of 10% on the revenue generated from placements secured through the clients you bring in with opportunities to increase earnings up to 20% for highrevenue contracts. Additional performancebased bonuses include a **5% bonus** for securing retained or exclusive agreements and a **5% monthly bonus** for exceeding revenue targets. This structure ensures unlimited earning potential based on your success in bringing valuable clients to the agency.
