Job Role: Workspace One System Engineer
Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Job Responsibilities:
Developing implementing monitoring and remediation of security and feature updates for Windows Workstation devices
Installation update and removal of applications
Using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
Workstation Enrollment Smart Groups Tags PowerShell scripts for creating Sensors with Workspace One
Developing scripts and automations for efficient deployments
Coordinating Windows Security and Feature deployments to workstation devices
Providing deployment reports and analysis
Troubleshooting application and Microsoft deployments including Windows 10 and WMI related issues
Working with application teams for deployment/removal of Applications
Creating Smart Groups Tags Automations PowerShell scripts and Assignment Groups
Analyzing system faults reviewing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting Workspace One Devices and Systems
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with two or more years of Workspace One experience
At least one year of handson experience supporting Workspace One
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in PowerShell API and SCCM
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks or projects within tight deadlines
Initiative to solve problems troubleshoot and identify process improvements
Desired Qualifications:
More than two years of experience with Workspace One
Workspace One certification
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM)
