Job Description

Director of Sales Industrial Equipment Condition Monitoring

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a domestic and international sales team focused on oil and gas instrumentation to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members to enhance performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Domestic and international travel.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales management specifically within the oil and gas instrumentation sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry including market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution with a focus on the oil and gas sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Experience in managing sales operations and utilizing CRM tools effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Annual salary ranging from $160000 to $175000 commission
