Title: Partner or Of Counsel No Book Required
Location: Naples FL
About the job:
We have an opening for a Trust & Estate Attorney to join the Naples Florida office. This position can be filled with a midlevel associate through a partner or counsel level attorney and no portable practice is required.
The ideal candidate will have direct client management responsibilities and should have considerable experience planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates including the transfer of multigenerational wealth using GSTexempt trusts GRATs SLATs and IDGTs and other complex estate planning instruments as well as experience with postmortem administration tax return preparation and/or review of Forms 706 709 and 1041.
In addition to strong academic credentials applicants must have strong organizational drafting and analytical skills and experience and strong interpersonal skills.
