Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst 2
Location: Austin Texas (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interviews with customers to gather detailed requirements and translate them into welldocumented system requirements.
- Participate actively in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and apply business process reengineering to improve software process flows.
- Develop clear user stories and use cases that adhere to business analysis best practices.
- Design mockups and wireframes that align with UX best practices ensuring a usercentered approach to design.
- Use strong communication and facilitation skills to engage with stakeholders and team members ensuring alignment across projects.
- experience in eliciting requirements from customer interviews and creating detailed system requirements documents.
- experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- experience in business process reengineering and improving software process flows.
- experience developing user stories and use cases based on business analysis best practices.
- experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices.
- experience with strong communication and facilitation skills.
- experience in writing and organizational skills.
- documented experience using the requirements management software Modern Requirements.
- documented experience using the issue tracking software Atlassian Jira.
- of experience working with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) or another state or local education agency.
