Job Description
- Manage and support Enterprise Directory Services ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Oversee the implementation maintenance and optimization of Active Directory (AD) backend services.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for ADrelated issues.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth AD integrations with other systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation including policies procedures and best practices for AD management.
- Monitor and manage system performance implementing improvements where necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Lead projects related to Active Directory upgrades migrations and enhancements.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Directory Services.
Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field or relevant technical certification.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification with a focus on Domain Services.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing an Enterprise Directory Services implementation.
- Indepth knowledge of Active Directory backend architecture and administration.
- Experience in managing group policies domain controllers replication and AD security.
- Strong understanding of DNS DHCP LDAP and other related services.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex ADrelated issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with identity management authentication protocols and security best practices.
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for automation of AD tasks.
