As a Chef Entremetier you ll be part of a closeknit kitchen brigade in an environment that balances professionalism with a familylike feel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare highquality dishes across various F&B outlets infusing creativity and consistency in each dish.
- Oversee and manage your own station alongside a Demi Chef de Partie ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated work areas upholding strict hygiene standards.
- Monitor ingredient quality organize stock and ensure quality control of goods.
- Assist in the ongoing training and development of junior team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Chef Entremetier or similar role within a highquality establishment.
- Completed culinary training with a passion for using regional highquality ingredients.
- Resilient adaptable and able to thrive within a dynamic team.
- Friendly organized and dedicated to culinary excellence.
- Proficiency in German is preferred.

Working days: 6 days per week 48 hours work
Days off: 1 per week
