Job Summary:
We re seeing a passionate and creative SLP or SLPA to support our customer service and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a thinkoutsidethebox mentality and the ability to create engaging educational content. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and marketing savvy with a focus on driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct calls with customers and partners to discuss product needs demonstrate products and provide recommendations.
- Develop compelling written content including:
- Blog posts and articles on related speech therapy topics.
- Product descriptions and website content.
- Speech activities and downloadable resources (e.g. worksheets flashcards educational guides eBooks etc.)
- Create helpful video content for social media platforms including howto product demonstrations.
- Manage exciting educational initiatives for customers such as webinars and seminars.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide expert advice on speech therapyrelated topics.
- Participate in product development and feedback sessions to ensure product effectiveness.
- Build relationships with key customers partners and industry professionals and organizations.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and research to ensure content accuracy.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a licensed speechlanguage pathologist or speechlanguage pathology assistant.
- Excellent communication writing and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with content creation and marketing principles.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel and/or participate in marketing opportunities as needed such as conferences.

5+ years of experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist or speech-language pathology assistant. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Familiarity with content creation and marketing principles. Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities. Willingness to travel and/or participate in marketing opportunities as needed, such as conferences.
