Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role as Aftermarket Service Manager. This role will be responsible for the aftermarket service operations in the Southeast Asia region. He/she will oversee and manage all aftermarket service and develop the company according to the business strategy and plans
- Have overall responsibility of grow aftermarket business by achieve order target revenue and margin target
- Establish deploy and execute plans and strategies to grow aftermarket market share installed base coverage and achieve customer satisfaction
- Responsible for aftersales service business development include machine modification sales of spare parts
- Manage aftersales team define management KPI to improve customer satisfaction
- Build up the aftersales service process for internal and external customers
- Control cost of aftersales service
- Collect customer service requirements and feedback to design and quality team to improve machine quality continuously
- Manage a team of aftermarket sales service personnel to achieve the aftermarket business objectives
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics code and ensure full compliance
- Any other roles and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related
- Over 8 years experience in aftersales service and over 3years management experience.
- Can arrange over 30% business travel of working time
- English is working language
- Good communication skill and can work with pressure
- Build up and maintain good customer relationship;
