Structural Welder
Location: Sapulpa Oklahoma
Pay: $2024/hr ( Shift Differential)
Hours: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM 3:00 AM

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Structural Welder to join our team and play a key role in the fabrication of aircooled heat exchangers. This position requires precision and a strong understanding of welding techniques to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding according to specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following all safety procedures.
- Complete required weld tests to meet quality assurance standards.
- Use blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
Required Qualifications:
- Handson experience in MIG and Flux Core welding.
- Ability to pass 2G MIG Horizontal and 2G Flux Core weld tests including a 1/2 Plate Double Bevel with Backing Bar.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adjust to changing schedules as needed.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
