Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ProcessUnity Expert or TPRM Platform Implementation Consultant to design configure and implement the ProcessUnity platform. This role will involve customising workflows providing training to users and ensuring optimal platform performance. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing risk management processes and developing insightful reports for decisionmaking.Key Responsibilities:
Platform Implementation & Configuration: Design configure and implement ProcessUnity solutions tailored to client needs including workflow customization automation and overall platform optimization.
Risk Management Implementation: Use ProcessUnity to enhance thirdparty risk management addressing cybersecurity risks compliance and overall governance processes.
Training & Support: Deliver comprehensive user training and provide ongoing support to ensure platform proficiency and maximise its use.
Process Improvement: Analyse and improve business processes through platform configuration aiming to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting & Data Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics generate actionable insights and provide visibility into risk management processes.
Requirements
Required Skills:
ProcessUnity Platform Expertise: Deep understanding and handson experience with ProcessUnity including platform configuration customization and troubleshooting.
GRC & Risk Management Knowledge: Strong background in governance risk and compliance (GRC) specifically thirdparty risk management and cybersecurity.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data generate reports and provide actionable insights that drive improvements in risk management practices.
Training & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and supporting users in effective platform utilisation.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve platform issues quickly and optimise system performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
ProcessUnity Certification: ProcessUnity Platform Certification (CPPS or CPPE) is highly preferred(Process Unity).
Experience in implementing thirdparty risk management solutions and GRC platforms.
Prior experience in cybersecurity risk management.
