We Are Hiring: Area Sales Manager (Medical Devices/Equipments) for a reputed and well established Indian company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote Medical Equipment: Visit clients including hospitals doctors and patients in the assigned area to promote our medical equipment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers regularly gathering feedback and addressing product inquiries.
- Lead Generation and Followup: Generate daily leads and conduct regular followups to drive progress and sales.
- Sales Promotional Events: Support the team in organizing sales events to enhance brand visibility and product sales.
- Sales Target Monitoring: Establish areawide sales targets and monitor the sales performance of all dealers within the assigned territory.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) providing direction and support to meet team objectives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field min 5 Yrs exp in any medical devices company preferably into critical care.
