Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Test and repair computer hardware and peripheral devices (e.g. printers scanners etc.)
- Install configure and troubleshoot computer operating systems and software applications
- Provide technical support to endusers addressing their hardware and software issues
- Maintain and upgrade computer systems to ensure optimal performance and security
- Document and track all technical support activities and resolutions
- Supervise the installation of computer hardware and software components
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices
Note:
- Only male candidates will be considered for this position.
- Candidates with experience in Computer AMC Service Providers will be given preference.
Requirements
Qualification: Any Computer Hardware and Networking or Diploma
Experience: Minimum 3 years (Preference given to candidates with experience in Computer AMC Service Providers)
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software issues
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
