Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

As the Marketing Communication Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies and driving innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role offers a collaborative environment where you will work across departments to enhance our brand presence in the market.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer engagement. You will identify growth opportunities through market trend analysis, competitor activities, and consumer insights.

You will manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with our brand objectives. Continuous performance optimization will be essential, utilizing analytics to monitor and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the consumer team, product development, and design teams to ensure that all marketing efforts and messaging are cohesive and aligned with overall business goals.

Additionally, you will track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Regular updates and insights will be provided to senior management regarding campaign performance and brand health.

As an innovation driver, you will bring fresh ideas and propose new marketing initiatives based on local insights and trends, ensuring our strategies remain dynamic and relevant in a competitive landscape. Your role is crucial in shaping our marketing direction and fostering a strong connection with our audience.


Desired candidate profile

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, specifically within the B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics to effectively tailor marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
