The Retail Sales Representative at Chai Vision plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering robust relationships with retail partners. This position involves managing both new and existing accounts, focusing on enhancing product visibility and boosting sales across various retail channels. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for both new and existing accounts.
Account Retention Rate: Maintain a high account retention rate, aiming for 90% or higher annually for existing retail partners.
New Account Acquisition: Successfully onboard 1-3 new retail accounts each quarter.
Sales Growth: Achieve a 15% year-over-year increase in sales revenue within assigned accounts.
Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct reviews with the top 50% of accounts quarterly to assess performance and explore growth opportunities.
Travel Effectiveness: Ensure that 80% of travel activities result in actionable sales opportunities.
Conversion Rate: Convert at least 60% of qualified leads into active retail accounts.
Sales Forecast Accuracy: Maintain an 85% accuracy rate in sales forecasting to align inventory and production with market demand.
Expense Management: Keep travel and promotional expenses within 95% of the designated budget.
Time to Resolution: Resolve account issues within 48 hours for 90% of cases.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance and set future objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness sector.
Proven ability to manage both new and existing accounts with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%).
