This role focuses on both contract and permanent positions, and your contributions will be essential in enhancing our presence in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing candidates to their successful placement in technology roles. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and attracting high-caliber talent to meet the demands of a competitive market. You will also be responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the MENA region, and enhancing our service offerings to better meet client needs.
Traveling across the Middle East will be an integral part of your role, as you will strengthen existing connections and expand our client portfolio. By actively engaging with clients and candidates, you will gain valuable insights into market trends and recruitment challenges, allowing you to develop effective strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in agency recruitment, ideally within the technology sector or a related industry. A proven track record in the Middle Eastern tech recruitment market is essential, along with existing local relationships and a strong network. Being a native or fluent Arabic speaker will enable you to communicate effectively with clients and candidates, fostering stronger relationships and ensuring a more personalized recruitment experience.
A deep understanding of the local cultural landscape is also crucial, as it will inform your approach to recruitment and client engagement. You must be adaptable and willing to navigate the unique challenges that arise in this diverse region.
This is a remote position, but you must be based in the MENA region to fully leverage your local insights and networks.
