Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets within your assigned region. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Achieving Sales Targets: You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding the sales targets set for your region, which includes lead generation and client acquisition.
Supporting the Regional Manager: Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to align your efforts with overall business goals, contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
Client Development and Relationship Management: Identify and develop new client relationships while maintaining and nurturing existing ones. Building strong connections with clients is essential to assess their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends. You will be responsible for forecasting market needs and making strategic recommendations to support the company’s growth.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside technical teams to create effective marketing and communication tools that aid in the development and introduction of new products, programs, and solutions.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in communication and customer service is essential to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Industry Background: A background in construction or heavy machinery sales is required, ensuring you have the relevant industry knowledge to succeed in this role.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is mandatory.
Experience
Candidates should have the following experience:
Minimum of 2 Years: A minimum of two years of experience in the Sales and Marketing field is required.
Industry Experience: Experience in the construction and automobile sectors will be highly beneficial.
UAE Experience: Prior experience working in the UAE is mandatory, as it provides valuable insights into the regional market dynamics.
