Roles and responsibilities

As a Product Designer in our innovative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our cutting-edge DeFi products. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders, your mission will be to create intuitive, user-centric designs that simplify complex DeFi processes, enhance security, and boost user engagement. This position requires a profound understanding of DeFi, outstanding design skills, and a commitment to a user-first approach to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership: You will lead the design of new features and enhancements from conception through to delivery, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across our product line. Your leadership will drive the vision for intuitive design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

2. User-Centered Approach: Conducting in-depth user research will be essential to develop user personas, enabling you to uncover the motivations and needs of DeFi users. These insights will inform your design direction, ensuring that our products resonate with our target audience.

3. Prototyping: You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to rapidly visualize concepts and gather early feedback. This iterative process will allow you to refine ideas and make data-informed design decisions.

4. UI/UX Optimization: Your expertise will be crucial in simplifying complex interactions and optimizing user flows. You will focus on enhancing security and overall usability, ensuring that our products are both functional and accessible.

5. Collaborative Design Process: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, will be key to aligning design solutions with technical requirements and business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will facilitate successful collaborations.

Desired candidate profile

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of DeFi protocols and blockchain products, ideally with prior experience in DeFi or blockchain design. You will need at least 3 years of product design experience, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases your UI/UX skills across web and mobile platforms.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is essential. Familiarity with front-end technologies and experience collaborating with engineers will be beneficial. Your analytical mindset will enable you to leverage product data and user insights to guide your design choices effectively.
