Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including Sales Product Operations IT Marketing and Customer Success to understand merchant requirements and propose effective integration solutions.
- Demonstrating our payment acceptance capabilities to engage and secure merchant partnerships.
- Leading the design and presentation of integration solutions for major merchant engagements.
- Providing critical support to the sales team by leveraging your product knowledge to address merchant requirements effectively.
- Preparing comprehensive requirements and functional specifications based on merchant interactions and market trends.
- Effectively communicating product information updates and directions to the sales team.
- Managing the sales funnel for overall Business Development.
- Building and maintaining strong longterm relationships with both new and existing clients.
To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in technical integration or a similar role preferably in the fintech or banking industry with exposure to digital payment and merchant acquiring products.
- A strong understanding of payment systems and proven experience in managing technical integrations and client engagements.
- Handson experience with lead tracking tools will be considered an added advantage.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and operate independently in the fastpaced fintech industry.
