Job Description
ERP Savvy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EC Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and a passion for delivering highquality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet client requirements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of SAP EC solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EC implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EC modules.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP EC features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus.
