We are looking for a motivated HR Administrator to manage the daytoday HR functions. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations ensure compliance with labor laws and support employee relations in a dynamic remotefirst environment.


Main responsibilities:

  • Be the contact point for HRrelated questions for CapsLock team members
  • Manage employee records and HRIS systems
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
  • Support employee benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist in event management and teambuilding arrangements
  • Support key HR projects including performance reviews and training programs

Requirements :

  • Demonstrable experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with HR software and data management
  • Experience with reporting
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
