Job Description

We are seeking a talented BI Data Analyst to join our team. In this role you will work with large complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support strategic and operational decisionmaking. You will collaborate with various internal teams to drive performance improvements and contribute to key business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations that shape product features inform dashboards and guide future product roadmaps.
- Develop maintain and automate data models reports and dashboards to assess product performance track key metrics monitor new feature impacts and provide visibility into business metrics and client behavior across the company
- Collaborate with Product Managers and crossfunctional teams serving as the subject matter expert in analytics to enhance product adoption growth and success through datadriven insights.
- Create interactive data applications and visualizations using BI tools to communicate findings clearly supporting various departments and datadriven decisionmaking
- Manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience querying large complex data sets.
- Experience with Excel and BI tools such as Tableau Periscope Sisense or PowerBI (preferred).
- Methodical approach to data analysis with the ability to present findings clearly to support datadriven business decisions.
- Knowledge in Python and Databricks is an advantage.
- Highlevel analytical and problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills capable of translating complex data concepts into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
- A true passion for understanding business processes client behavior and managing ambiguity effectively.
