Job Description:
Systems Engineer Expert
Coordinates system development to include design modeling security integration and formal testing. Manages and documents system configurations. Oversees the transition into production process. Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution.
- Use Java PHP Python and/or COTS automation tools to ensure the integration and presentation of data through dashboards that meet customer requirements
- Document Linux appliance build and configuration processes
- Experience with migration to extended architecture
- Experience with PowerFlow
- Experience writing custom runbooks
- Experience writing custom PowerPacks
- Experience with API calls
Qualification :
- Education: Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering or Businessrelated field
- Required Experience: 10 years of progressive technical implementation.
- Desired Technical Skills: Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in automation solutions relevant in the IT Enterprise such as APIbased toolchain integration ITSM platform development and configuration experience. Experience with tools such as ScienceLogic ServiceNow Python and PHP is highly desirable.
- Desired Training/Certifications: ServiceNow Developer ScienceLogic Microsoft Office Operating Systems Cloud Monitoring ITSM Cyber Security Integrations and Automations.
- Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication analytical and time management skills that enable innovative design and technical thought leadership in a rapidly evolving business environment.
