SAP success factor EC configuration .
All modules ( Onboarding Workforce management Recruitment Performance LMS)
1. 8 to 15 Year experience in SAP Success Factor EC Configuration.
2. Able to design develop deliver development projects.
3. Able to gather requirements and collaborate with the business team.
4. Responsible for high level and low level design documents.
5. Able to manage incidents problems and service requests .
6. Participate in critical incident resolution on a need basis.
7. SelfOrganized and able to work with limited guidance .
8. Experience in HR domain in the Retail industry is preferable
