Job Title : Cloud & OnPremise Software AG webMethods Integration Support Engineer
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 815 years
Location : Alpharetta Georgia
Responsibilities :
- Experience with SAG webMethods Integration application/platform Support.
- Perform root cause analysis & incidents with various technical and business teams to help resolve issues.
- Strong documentation analytical problemsolving and clientfacing skills along with experience with onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) for deploying and managing integration components.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and JDBC configurations.
- Strong documentation skills for capturing resolution steps and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Manage and maintain integration services in both Cloud and OnPremise environments ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless service delivery.
- Provide technical documentation for troubleshooting processes known issues and resolution steps.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships by addressing their concerns and proactively providing updates on issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills :
- Experience with Cloud and OnPrem Software AG webMethods Integration product Suite including webMethods Designer Integration Server Universal Messaging My webMethods Server JDBC/MQ Adapters and Trading Networks.
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
