Tasks
- Managing the kitchen team and ensuring efficient processes
- Employee management & motivation
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Ordering and stock management
Requirements
- Reliability professionalism team spirit
- Very good English German an advantage
- Experience as a chef kitchen manager head chef kitchen manager executive chef kitchen supervisor or similar is an advantage
