CST & BLS required.
1 year of OR experience preferred
Cases include Vascular (fempop bypass AAA Carotid AV Fistula Vein ligations) Ortho Spine General GYN Robotic and Opthalmology
COVID Vaccines Booster andflu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start***
BILH cover sheet required
NBSTSA required at time of submissions
