Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

As a Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital media strategies for one of our top clients, ensuring their campaigns resonate across all digital channels in the region. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities that are critical to the success of our media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Media Development and Optimization: You will assist the team in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing comprehensive digital media plans and campaigns. This includes working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that strategies align with our client's business objectives.

  2. Media Planning Support: Supporting the media division and wider team, you will contribute to the development of media plans that adhere to the overall communication strategy. Your insights will help in creating accurate and impactful media plans.

  3. Creative Campaign Design: You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative communication campaigns that are data-driven and strategically grounded. By leveraging insights and analytics, your work will aim to effectively drive our client’s business outcomes.

  4. Market Analysis and Target Audience Identification: Leading the development and implementation of media plans, you will analyze market and consumer data to identify target audiences. This will enable you to select the most effective media channels for reaching these audiences.

  5. Performance Measurement: You will set key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in achieving these metrics. Your focus on performance will ensure that campaigns deliver optimal results and meet client expectations.

  6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with other members of the planning team and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and execution of effective media strategies that enhance overall campaign performance.

  7. Client Relationship Management: Managing day-to-day client relationships and communications will be a crucial part of your role. You will ensure that clients are informed and engaged throughout the campaign process, fostering strong partnerships.


Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience: A proven track record of 3-4 years in media planning, with a focus on both online and offline channels.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Digital Certifications: Relevant digital certifications across major platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter, demonstrating your proficiency in the digital media landscape.
