Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Overview:
A Travel Agent assists clients in planning and booking memorable travel experiences by providing expert advice creating tailored itineraries and handling all aspects of travel arrangements. This role requires strong customer service skills indepth destination knowledge and the ability to manage bookings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to identify travel needs preferences and budgets.
- Research and recommend travel options including flights accommodation and activities.
- Arrange bookings secure reservations and issue tickets.
- Offer travel insights tips and advice to enhance client experiences.
- Handle any itinerary changes or travel issues promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in travel planning sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
- Detailoriented and highly organized.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
