Are you a seasoned audit professional ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role
About the Role:
Our client is searching for a Senior Manager Private Audit to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing highquality audit engagements for our diverse client base. You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional audit and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit teams ensuring timely and highquality deliverables
- Oversee financial statement audits reviews and other assurance services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and communicate key audit findings and recommendations
- Mentor and coach junior staff members
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes

US CPA designation Minimum 6+ years of experience in private company audits Current work experience at another CPA firm (5-10 years total experience) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of team management experience at another CPA firm Strong technical skills in U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and SEC regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA
Education
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation required.
