Print Production Associate
Our client in the printing industry is seeking a proactive professional to support highquality production operations. This role offers handson work with digital print equipment direct interaction with customers and key responsibilities in ensuring each job meets precise standards from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Operate digital printing and standard finishing equipment including paper cutters binding laminating and drilling machines.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer requests providing estimates scheduling jobs and tracking production timelines.
Conduct quality inspections before during and after each production run to maintain high standards.
Maintain detailed reporting logs for billing and client recordkeeping storing job files for future reprints as required.
Package label and ship completed products with precision.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply availability for ongoing production needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to fulfill production and delivery requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software at an intermediate level.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Openness to learning and developing new skills in print production.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 80% of the workday.
