Our Client
MNC facility management /M&E engineering company in building and industrial market.
Service offer to client
Build manage maintain
Job Scope:
- Report to the Project Manager for ACMV project planning execution and completion.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external subcontractors onsite to ensure quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee site testing and track project costs.
- Support the accounts department with progressive payment claims.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC project management.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in ACMV technical calculations (e.g. heat load airflow rate chiller capacity).
