Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a legal background who can provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director (MD). This role requires a detailoriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills who can handle confidential matters prepare legal documents and manage logistics. The ideal candidate must be flexible ready to travel at short notice and adept at multitasking to meet the varied demands of the position.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the MD including managing schedules appointments and communications.
- Prepare review and manage legal documents contracts and other relevant paperwork.
- Coordinate meetings travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD both locally and internationally often at short notice.
- Act as the MD s representative in meetings taking notes and following up on action items as required.
- Conduct research and compile reports on various topics to support decisionmaking.
- Serve as a liaison between the MD clients legal advisors and other stakeholders.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing presentations reports and other documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Oversee project tasks and ensure timely followthrough on priorities for the MD.
Requirements
- Candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant within an organization.
- Candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong legal acumen and experience with contract management or compliance.
- Willingness and ability to travel at short notice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality.
- A proactive selfstarter with strong problemsolving skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
