We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Accounts to join our Accounts department. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations ensure compliance with accounting principles and support the Associate Director in various financial tasks.
Requirements
Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and budgets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Manage monthend and yearend closing processes.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures.
Handle tax filings and ensure timely payment of taxes.
Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; a master s degree or certification (CPA CMA) preferred.
Experience: 810 years in accounting or finance roles with experience in a supervisory/managerial position preferred.
Skills:- Indepth knowledge of accounting principles regulations and best practices.

Position: Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative - Medical Devices Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to customers regarding medical devices such as ECG (Electrocardiogram), ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring), Holter monitors, and Sleep Tests. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering expert guidance on device selection, usage, and troubleshooting. Proactively engage with potential customers to promote medical devices, highlighting their benefits and features tailored to specific healthcare needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for introducing medical devices into new markets or expanding within existing accounts. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including customer satisfaction metrics and revenue objectives within the medical devices segment. Requirement: Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and concise information regarding medical devices such as ECG, ABPM, Holter monitors, and Sleep Tests. Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Inside Sales: Proven track record in inside sales, with at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical devices industry. Minimum Graduate: All applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree, with preference given to candidates with additional qualifications or certifications related to healthcare or sales.
