Whether you come from a challenging financial situation have lacked access to previous work opportunities or are living with a disability that still allows you to work in a call center role this learnership is designed to help you build a solid foundation for your future.
By joining this program youll develop soft skills crucial for customer service and sharpen your negotiation skills for sales. Whether youre new to the call center environment or looking for your first job our toptier trainers will guide you every step of the way ensuring that everyone including applicants with disabilities has the support they need to thrive.
Applicants must be between 18 and 33 years old.
Must have a Matric Certificate or NQF4 Equivalent.
Applicants from Quintile 1 2 or 3 schools OR recipients of the Child Support Grant (compulsory)
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer serviceoriented mindset.
Computer literacy is essential.
Criminal Clear
Must have passed both Mathematics and English in Grade 12
Dedicated and willing to learn
South African Citizen
Successful candidates will be required to bring a certified copy of their original ID and Grade 12 Certificate as well as proof the Child Support Grant (where required).
