Junior Design Architects
Overall Objective of the Job
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the accounting system ensuring financial records are accurate and uptodate and assisting with financial reporting and analysis.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Design and Documentation
Design and document across all project stages.
Develop design drawings and schedules.
Create renderings working models and project graphics.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work as part of a creative team and coordinate with all departments.
Collaborate on design projects from conceptual design through design development to construction.
Coordinate with engineering disciplines and assist with the permitting process and RFI submittals.
Technical Support and Research
Provide technical support during the bidding process and construction.
Research materials and assemblies for design and construction drawings.
Conduct site analysis and project research as assigned.
Develop construction documents from approved client schematic designs.
