Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Marketing (BTL) who will be responsible for developing managing and executing BelowtheLine (BTL) marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and enhance customer engagement for Citykart. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas strong analytical skills and handson experience in BTL marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
BTL Campaigns & Activations:
- Plan develop and execute BTL marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and footfall in stores.
- Coordinate instore and outdoor promotional activities including roadshows mall activations and kiosks.
- Identify local events and sponsorship opportunities for brand engagement and customer outreach.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand consumer behavior and identify new BTL opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI to refine BTL strategies and optimize future initiatives.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with external vendors agencies and partners to ensure timely and efficient execution of BTL activities.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing sales and operations teams for alignment on campaign objectives and brand messaging.
Budget Management:
- Manage the budget allocated for BTL activities ensuring costeffective implementation.
- Track campaign costs and monitor spend against budget to optimize resource allocation.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Maintain a database of campaign activities costs and vendor details for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 24 years of experience in BTL marketing preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of BTL marketing concepts and strategies.
- Excellent communication project management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Creativity and an eye for detail in campaign design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proactive selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional Team.

Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of HRBP or similar HR experience, ideally in the retail or service industry. Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics. - Ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. - Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
