Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests assist with breakfast menu enquiries.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Food Safety Program (e.g. Awareness of allergies and dietary requirements)
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times.
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of breakfast area(s) following set opening closing and daily procedures.
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
- Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment
- An awareness of food safety practices preferred.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

- Ability to manage competing and changing priorities
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Service oriented with an eye for detail.
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures.
