Job Description
Were looking for an All Round Night Team Member to join our vibrant team and ensure smooth seamless operations during the night shift. Youll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with late checkins and early checkouts ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Provide Food & Beverage service including room service and bar support as required
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure guest and staff wellbeing
- Support night auditing tasks preparing for daily financial reports and operations for the next day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and reception
