What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer a professional friendly greeting and engaging service
• Understand the Servers tasks in the outlet
• Understand shiftend reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System
• Understand all reservation systems and iPad systems for seating charts
• Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Know all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
• Follow brand policies procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow hotel time and attendance policy
• Follow grooming and attire guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in hospitality guest services or reservations preferred
• Previous Point of Sale System experience an asset but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to speak read and write in English
• Ability to work a exible schedule including mornings afternoons nights weekdays weekends and holidays

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting
