Job Description
- Personally welcome and escort all guests of the hotel.
- Authorize courtesies for V.I.Ps.
- Ensure that regular training is conducted as per the standards.
- Deal with the inquiries and complaints of the Guests tactfully and initiate followup action.
Qualifications :
- BHM or Equivalent Degree with Minimum of 56 years of Experience in Hotel Operations handling Guest in Front Office or F&B Service
